Downloading, Printing and Framing

When will my download be ready?

Your files will be available to download immediately after purchase. You will see a link in your shopping cart and also receive an email with a link to download your files.

What will I receive?

You will receive a link to 300 DPI printable images in a PDF, JPG or PNG file format. Simply download and save the files. In most cases there will be multiple size options included in your download.

How do I print my artwork?

You can print your wall art at home, your local print shop, or via an online printing service. We recommend professional printing services using archival inks and matte paper between 200-300gsm. This will ensure your print never fades, the colours pop and you get the most from our gallery quality art files.

Which files should I print?

We supply art files in both metric (centimeters) and imperial (inches) paper sizes.

The metric art files are labelled 'International A' and are printable in sizes such as A2, A3, A4 etc.

The imperial (inches) art files are supplied in an aspect ratio of 2:3 and can be printed at sizes of 16x24" etc.

Which size you print depends on where you live and the frames available to you.

Use the following as a guide:

  • UK = cm
  • EU = cm
  • Australia = cm
  • New Zealand = cm
  • US = inches
  • Canada = inches

Your files will be clearly named when you receive them.

Do you allow for commercial use of your artwork?

No. Digital downloads are to be used for personal use and are not to be resold or distributed.

Orders

Can I print my art more than once?

Of course! You can print your artwork as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use.

What if I didn't receive an order email?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your junk and/or spam folders, then confirm you have provided us with the correct email address.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We will replace or refund any print that is defective. Due to the nature of digital prints, we do not offer refunds on digital products if you change your mind. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and find a solution.

I'm having trouble downloading or printing my art. What can I do?

If you have any difficulty downloading or printing your poster, please get in touch so we can help you out.

Do you provide printing and framing?

We don't offer printing and framing services.
